"Go and Teach"
     Our mission at the Lake Forest church of Christ is the one and same mission given by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, before he ascended up into heaven. He said, "All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen"(Matthew 28:18-20).

     Because our gracious King has purchased the church with His own blood(Acts 20:28),and has solely commissioned it to teach His holy truth(Ephesians 3:9-11), we feel a great sense of urgency and obligation to carry out His command to tell everyone of His holy kingdom(Romans 10:14-15) and to be found faithfully serving so that many souls in our influence might have oppurtunity to become one with Christ through obedience to His Holy word(Romans 6:17).

We currently support these works with funds and or active participation.
